RETURN POLICY

    1. Any queries/concerns related to deliveries should be addressed to the support team (info@carpetdecore.com) within 24 hrs. of the product received by the customer.

    1. Products can be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery in case of wrong products & wrong sizes.

    1. Payment refunds will be applicable only in case incorrect products are delivered.
    1. It is mandatory to send the photos of invoice & product to further the process in case a customer receives damaged products.

Exchanges:

  • Only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size if wrong product is delivered.


Return Intimation:

    • You can Email Us at info@carpetdecore.com within 3 days from date of delivery. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with the Customer Support by email.
